What is Le Vestiaire de Félicia?

Le Vestiaire de Félicia is a women's fashion and jewellery brand that combines elegance, modernity and character. Each piece is thoughtfully selected to enhance women's style in their everyday lives. We are a mother-and-daughter duo. <3

Where is the brand based?

Our brand is based in the Paris region of France, inspired by the timeless elegance of Parisian style. 🇫🇷

Has my order been successfully placed?

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of your purchase.

Haven't received your confirmation email within an hour? Please remember to check your spam or junk folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. If you find your confirmation email in your spam folder, we recommend adding contact@levestiairedefelicia.com to your address book to ensure that you receive our future emails.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping times?

Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours, except during exceptional periods. During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take between 2 and 5 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

What shipping methods are available?

For deliveries within mainland France, we offer the following shipping options: Mondial Relay, Chronopost and Colissimo home delivery.

For the French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), we offer Colissimo home delivery, with economy and express shipping options.

For deliveries within Europe, we offer Mondial Relay.

For Switzerland, we offer Colissimo home delivery, with shipping rates calculated according to the parcel's weight.

If your country is not listed among the available shipping options, please contact us for further information.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached.

For parcels originally shipped via Colissimo, returns should be sent to the following address:

For orders originally delivered to a parcel relay point, items may be returned via Post Mail, provided the parcel fits inside a standard letterbox. Do not hesitate to contact us for any information regarding returns. 

Can jewellery be returned?

Yes, just like clothing, jewellery can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in as close to their original condition as possible.

What are the return conditions for LIVE orders?

Orders placed during our LIVE shopping sessions are subject to the same conditions. You can find full details in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
